Bob:

Maintenance is only expensive if you neglect the system itself. For your annual maintenance, if you take a preventative approach, you’re going to go ahead and have very minimal expenses on an annual basis. Each time the grass is cut, they blow the grass clippings off. Each week during the fall season, they’re blowing the leaves off. They’re getting the things that create clogging off of the SWM PAVE surfaces itself. But when we go to a restorative measure, you’re going to be looking at a range of $10,000 to $15,000 per maintained acre annually. If a preventative measure was taken, you’re looking at about $1,200 to $1,500 per acre. We, at SWM PAVE, recommend you implementing preventative maintenance.

Satisfy your stormwater requirements, eliminate runoff, and treat rainwater instantly on your project. Reduce costs by going green.
