Our Mission

Make SWM PAVE the preferred Stormwater management system. We deliver a process and System which ensures Stormwater management compliance by delivering outstanding value, continuous innovation and exception customer service.

Why Go Green with Runoff?

The Clean Water Act

SWM PAVE addresses “The Clean Water Act (CWA) basic structure for regulating discharges of pollutants into the waters of the United States and regulating quality standards for surface waters.

Runoff Reduction

SWM PAVE provides the basis for Runoff Reduction, the process of reducing stormwater runoff from development sites using non-structural (environmental site design) practices and structural practices.

Green Infrastructure

SWM PAVE was developed to provide a Green Infrastructure and play a role in restoring the vital eco-system.

How We Satisfy Storm & Green Needs

Measure Performance

SWM PAVE Provides an objective way to measure the aggregate performance of environmental site design, runoff reduction and conventional stormwater treatment practices together.

Site Specific Design

SWM PAVE is a site specific design approach. It is a concept to annual maintenance process. Each site has it own unique hydrologic soils groups, soils strengths and drainage areas.

State & Local Requirements

SWM PAVE seeks out the understanding of each states and local jurisdiction stormwater management design requirements.

How We Satisfy “The Clean Water Act”

Predevelopment Hydrology

SWM PAVE mimics predevelopment hydrology with respect to runoff volume, duration and velocity which should provide an added level of stream channel protection.

Satisfy WQ Levels

SWM PAVE satisfies WQ level 1 design at 59% TP removal and Level 2 at 81% TP removal. (State of Virginia)

100% of Sediment

SWM PAVE captures up to 100% of sediment on the surface.

Approved Best Practice

SWM PAVE Converts the already budgeted impervious wearing surface into an approved Stormwater Management Best Management Practice.

Innovative Installation

SWM PAVE uses innovative installation processes which provide an economical wearing surface.

SWM PAVE Stormwater Management Systems

SWM PAVE addresses “The Clean Water Act (CWA) basic structure for regulating discharges of pollutants into the waters of the United States and regulating quality standards for surface waters. The system is designed to replicate pre-construction site specific hydrology. The system uses already budgeted impervious wearing surfaces, such as asphalt and poured-in-place concrete dollars, and replaces the surface with SWM Pave wearing surface. The SWM Pave stormwater management systems have developed and employed the tools for success. SWM Pave has over 150 projects in the ground and performing as designed. Almost daily a new system is being placed into the landscape to protect and improve America’s vital Eco-system.

His Clients include:

  • NAVFAC
  • District Department of Transportation
  • National real estate development companies
  • National retail corporations
  • State and local stormwater regulatory communities
  • Private development
